Entry fees

• Early bird submission runs from 5th January to 31st January 2026 - £330+VAT (if applicable).
• Regular submission runs from 1st February to 30th April 2026 - £380+VAT (if applicable).
• Entries submitted after 1st May 2026 - £420+VAT (if applicable).

All entries must be paid in full before they can be submitted.

Each payment is confirmed by the issuing of a tax receipt which is available to download as a PDF from the entry system dashboard.

There is a registration fee of £50 per entrant. This is per registered entrant, not per entry.

Visa, Mastercard and Amex are accepted.

A 20% entry fee reduction will be applied to each additional category that you enter your project into.

Please note that entry fees are solely for entry into the awards, there will be additional fees for attending the Awards Ceremony.
