How do I enter?

All entries are made online. Please register and complete your entry by clicking here or via the link on the homepage.

Is there a cost to enter?

The cost to enter ranges from £320 - £390. A 20% entry fee reduction will be applied to each additional category that you enter your project into. A registration fee of £50 is applied to each entrant, this is per entrant not per entry.

What is the eligibility criteria to enter?

Projects must have opened or have undergone significant renovations between 1st January 2024 and 31st March 2025.

Projects are graded by judges from some of the most influential hospitality and media companies globally.

What promotion does my project receive?

Every entry will be published on the Awards website on your very own landing page and remain there for all time. Hotel, Restaurant and Bar operators around the world follow the awards closely and use the website as a source to identify the best designers and design trends. We are also closely followed by the world's leading hospitality media who promote our awards on their various channels. Shortlisted and winning projects will also receive promotion online and on our social media.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed your entry informing you your submission has been accepted and published to the website.

The shortlist will be announced in the week commencing 4th August 2025 on our website and Instagram, the Category Winners and the Overall Winners will be announced at an innovative and exciting ceremony, attended by the world's top designers and operators at EPIK Dubai (UAE) on the 27th October 2025.

The 2025 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards Ceremony promises to be a celebration of creativity and innovation like no other, hosted at the vibrant EPIK Dubai. This exclusive event will bring together the Middle East and World’s foremost hospitality designers, owners, operators, and creative pioneers, all in anticipation of the announcement of the winners and formal trophy presentations.
