Restaurants and bars are the world’s most creative spaces because they’re rooted in fantasy, escapism and decadence. They’re where we step outside of our daily lives, different to our homes, these are spaces which can be everything from exuberantly over the top to serenely minimal. Creating environments which we immerse ourselves in for only a few hours gives designers licence to create alternate realities, pushing boundaries and firing imaginations.
