Now in its twelfth year, the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards is a globally recognised competition dedicated to the design of food and beverage spaces.
Entries from over 100 countries cover every imaginable hospitality space; From ships to airports, museums to burger vans, from revered Michelin-starred establishments to the fleeting dynamism of pop-ups.
This coming year, the 2020 awards hosts a new and exciting judging panel of thirty six industry leading figures working across design, architecture, hospitality and lifestyle. The judges include influencers and luminaries such as Sarah Douglas (Editor-in-Chief, Wallpaper*), Didier Souillat (CEO, Time Out Market), Guy Heywood (COO, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas) and many, many more.
The Awards are followed by over 45,000 of the most prominent architects, hotel, restaurant & bar operators and media.
We offer an annual program of unique opportunities to network and connect with the most influential restaurant, bar and hotel designers and their clients in the UK and globally.
As part of this program we organise a series of Restaurant & Bar Design Talks throughout the year. Each event is held at an innovative food and beverage space and are hosted by both the venue’s designer and their client. The events are attended by the region’s most influential designers, hospitality operators and our partners/sponsors.
The highlight of our year is the awards ceremony. Each event is individually themed and is a unique celebration of the amazing work entered throughout the year.
Leading industry professionals award prizes for the best work as voted by our panel of internationally recognised judges. The event is more than a prize giving ceremony and offers some of the best socialising and networking opportunities in the industry. This year’s event will be held in Central London in early October 2020.
