Tom is a businessman and entrepreneur with a portfolio of 60 successful restaurants under his management at Rockpool Dining Group. Tom has expanded the Group from 17 restaurants since taking over the helm in November 2014. His passion for hospitality began as a 15-year old working in a Tex-Mex restaurant in Texas. He has since gone on to found and lead private equity and venture capital funded start-ups and global businesses with sales in excess of $500 million and valued at more than $2 billion.
