Daniel Del Olmo
Daniel del Olmo is currently the CEO of sbe’s Disruptive Restaurant Group. Daniel joined sbe from Dine Equity International, where he was President. Prior to DineEquity, Daniel held various executive roles at Wyndham Worldwide including Brand Senior Vice President of TRYP by Wyndham. Daniel is also a founding partner of The Passionality Group, an accelerator for nascent hospitality concepts; Daniel resides in Los Angeles and is a Belgian native.
Design excellence for me is all-encompassing. From the interiors of the restaurant, to the way the food is presented on the plate, design excellence harmoniously blends what is both beautiful and purposeful. The intersect between food and design in a restaurant setting is key – one should not overpower the other. Creating a setting that places every guest’s sensual experience at the heart is what design excellence is all about.
