Chris Lucas is the entrepreneur behind some of Melbourne hottest laneway restaurants. His institution Chin Chin sees queues snake daily around corners, where punters line up for hours to take a seat in his Flinders Lane outpost. In 2017 he opened two new award winning restaurants Kisumé and Chin Chin Sydney and is set to open a handful more in the next 18 months.
