Native of Edinburgh, food and retail has always been integral part of his family, leading to a natural career in food and drinks industry.
A beautifully curated and designed restaurant is the pinnacle of a long and creative process. Symmetry for me is really important and often gives a air of sophistication and elegance to the finished product. From the provenance of the materials used, from the structural build, lighting, soft furnishings to the details of the cutlery, stemware all alludes to a beautiful space and creates an ambience like no other. A restaurant to me, should be like a fingerprint, individual to the community as well as to DNA of the brand.
