Chef/Owner (The Jane) - Sergio Herman
Sergio Herman inherited the love of cooking from his father. In 1990, Sergio took over the restaurant Oud Sluis and immediately switched to a higher culinary gear. Sergio Herman received his first Michelin star in 1995 and the third star in 2005. Sergio opened a second restaurant, Pure C in Cadzand in 2010. In 2013 Sergio announced to close Oud Sluis in December 2013 after 25 years. In the early spring of 2014 restaurant The Jane, Antwerp opened.
